London-Brussels-Amsterdam

Day 1:

LONDON PANORAMA: Scheduled departure, arrival at London airport, transfer to hotel or family accommodation.

Taking advantage of the excellent public transport, get to know London, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Buckingham Palace, the Parliament, the most visited site, Trafalgar Square, the scene of all major events and demonstrations, Piccadilly Circus, the heart of the city, the most famous meeting place in the world. Visit the TOWER which has been both a royal palace and a dungeon for centuries. Don’t miss the film of the Coronation Ceremony and the viewing of the Crown jewels. Free evening at the SOHO, with an optional visit to Sherlock Holmes’ famous pub.

Day 2:

A full-day excursion by bus or train to the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, BLENHEIM PALACE, an English Baroque gem with one of the most beautiful castle gardens and the world’s largest hedge maze. We then visit Oxford, the famous university town, where we admire the interior of a college. And finish the day with a visit to STONEHENGE, the world’s most famous mysterious monument from prehistoric times.

Day 3:

Excursion to WINDSOR (visit to the Queen’s summer residence). In the afternoon, free time activities include a visit to the British Museum, Madame Tussaud’s wax museum – where you can see the wax effigies of famous people. Excursion to Greenwich, home to a 3-masted clipper from the last century, Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory and the millennium dome.

Day 4:

LONDON-BRUGGE-BRUSSELS: Early morning departure for the continent. We will have an unforgettable experience while crossing the Channel and tunnels. After arriving in Brussels (capital of United Europe), excursion to BRUGGE, the capital of lace making. Walking tour of the picturesque town, Church of Our Lady, Palace of Justice, City Hall, Chapel of the Holy Blood, then return to BRUSSELS, sightseeing: Grand Place, the Stock Exchange, St. Michael’s Cathedral, the Royal Palace, the Parliament, the House of Nations, City Hall, Manneken Pis.

Day 5:

Check in, sightseeing by boat in a city full of canals. The Main Square, the Royal Palace, Old Church, visit the Flower Market of a thousand colours. A sea of flowers in every season and the Waterloo Square Flea Market. Learn the art of diamond cutting in a diamond cutting factory.

Day 6:

NETHERLANDS, the land of cheese, woodcobs and windmills. Free programme, recommended museum visits.

In the afternoon, a visit to Rembrandt Hoeve’s farm: get up close to the secrets of wood cobbling and cheese making.

Return home from Amsterdam on a scheduled flight in the evening.
