1 day: Departure from Budapest in the morning. The journey to Valencia via Slovenia, Italy and France will stop every 4 hours.
Day 2: Arrival in Valencia at the Hotel Holiday Express Inn in the afternoon. Accommodation in multi-bedded rooms, then a short walk.
Day 3: After breakfast, language course lessons until 12 noon, then a short break for sightseeing by bus with a native-speaker guide. Valencia, Spain’s 3rd most important city, is known for its cultural programmes and has a population of approximately 820 000. The history of the city Dates back to pre-Christian times. The cup from which Jesus drank at the Last Supper is said to be preserved in the Cathedral of Valencia. A free visit to the cathedral is included in the programme. After climbing the 207 steps of the cathedral, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. Valencia’s largest square is the Plaza de Ayuntamiento. In this square, which is the centre of the city, you will find many 19th century buildings that will catch your eye.



Day 4: After breakfast: language course lessons. After a short break we continue our sightseeing. The Opera House is the largest building of its kind in Europe and is worth a visit for its appearance and acoustics. L’ocenografic is the largest aquarium in Europe. Thousands of examples of marine flora and fauna are on display. When you enter the 70-metre-long underwater tunnel, you can see sharks, dolphins and various marine animals swimming around. L.Hemispheric is an amazing 3D MAX cinema. It’s great fun for kids and adults alike.
Day 5: After breakfast: language course lessons.After a short break sightseeing. Learn useful information about electricity, lasers, the human body, the laws of physics, sports, sounds and lights at the Museo de Ciences Principe de Felipe, a huge 3-storey science museum. L’umbracle covers an area of 7000 square metres and displays interesting plants from all over the world.
Day 6: After breakfast: language course lessons.Afternoon beach programme by the sea. The city harbour is one of the most crowded in Europe. Maritime trade plays an important role in the life of the city. The port is the symbol of Valencia.
Day 7: After breakfast: language course lessons. Afternoon beach programme. In the evening visit the two remaining city gates.
Torres de Serranos was built as a fortification of the city in the 14th century. It was the largest Gothic gate in Europe. You can climb from floor to floor and enjoy a magnificent view of the city from the top.


Day 8: After breakfast, relax and enjoy a last beach activity on one of Valencia’s beaches. Departure for home in the afternoon. Day 9: After a morning break, a long rest and beach on the French coast. In the afternoon we continue our journey home. Day 10: Arrival in Budapest in the morning.
